1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and unagame ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the unagame website located at https://unagame.one and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration

To access real-money services on the unagame platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one unagame account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

unagame supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The following terms govern financial transactions on the platform:

• Funding Source: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. unagame reserves the right to return funds received from a third party and may close the account involved.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your unagame account and registered in your name. unagame may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Processing Times: unagame will endeavour to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual transfer times are subject to the policies and processing schedules of your payment provider.
• Fees: unagame does not currently charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which unagame accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions on the unagame platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, unagame may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

11. Termination & Account Closure

unagame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, violation of PAGCOR regulations, provision of false registration information, or conduct deemed detrimental to the platform or its users.

You may request closure of your unagame account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any valid balance remaining in your account (after deduction of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. unagame operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations, and any gaming-related disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with its rules.
